Welcome to 2012: New Apple iPhone 6 mocked by rivals in adverts as epic battle of the smart phones rages on

The battle between iPhones and other smart phones is so aggressive it could feature in a Game of Thrones episode… especially with this latest advert.

As the entire world knows, last week saw the launch of the iPhone 6, along with the Apple Watch and Apple Pay.

Like the new kid in the playground, everyone started picking on the poor iPhone 6 before it even had a chance to show it’s true colours/awesome new features.

First to have a go was Android, who created the mock poster welcoming iPhone users to 2012, claiming that the ‘new’ features on the iPhone six have been available to their customers for two years now.

Next up were Samsung, who created a collection of adverts making fun of the many problems the new Apple release is reportedly facing, including the crashing of the live streaming of the launch and implying that the only new feature is a bigger screen.

Samsung also released a slightly less nerdy advert pointing out that they have already created a ‘smart watch’.

Apple will probably be able to wipe their tears away with bank notes, however, as demand for the orders on the new devices forced their website to crash, as well as that of many other outlets offering pre-orders.
