Ashley Hunter–pictured above, 33, stabbed Orlando Dewitt, 37, during a threesome because he refused to change positions. Hunter and Dewitt (who met in prison) were partying in Fargo, North Dakota when they decided to continue the party at Hunter’s home. The two men began to have a threesome with a women identified as Leticia. While Leticia was performing oral sex on Hunter, Dewitt asked him to change positions with him. When Hunter refused, the two men started to argue. The argument turned into violence when Hunter pulled a 12 inch knife from under his sofa. Leticia and Dewitt ran into the bathroom. Dewitt decided to make a run for the door, but was stabbed in his left arm. Dewitt grabbed Leticia’s phone off of the table and called 911 in the alley, naked.
According to Newsone, police found a trail of blood that lead from Hunters home. Hunter is in jail on a $5,000 bond.

Xue Paan, was supposed to be looking after her sister’s son, Qiang Qiang, while his mum went to visit a neighbour nearby but when the little boy interrupted her as she was texting her boyfriend, and asked if he could play a game on her phone, the furious aunt stormed into the kitchen, picked up a knife and hacked off the boy’s penis.
The little boy’s mother Cai Tuan, 27, ran back to the house when she heard child scream only to find that he had fainted and was in a pool of his own blood.
“I had popped out to see a neighbour and was only gone 30 minutes when I heard Qiang Qiang scream. I ran back to the house and couldn’t believe what I saw. Qiang Qiang had fainted and was lying in a pool of blood. Next to him was a knife and his penis. It was simply horrific. My sister, his aunt, had gone.
His parents rushed him to a hospital where doctors were able to re-attach the appendage in an emergency procedure after 3 surgeries before heading to a specialist clinic in Beijing for further treatment.
His aunt who was later arrested, faces 5 years imprisonment for the cruel act.
Palestinian terrorists, some reportedly armed with axes, stormed a Jerusalem synagogue during morning prayers on Tuesday, authorities said.
Two attackers killed at least four worshipers and wounded six more before both were shot dead by security, Israeli police said. The bloody rampage took place in the Har Nof neighborhood, which is located in the western part of the city and has a population of mostly Orthodox Jews. It wasn’t immediately clear what weapons were used, but local media described the assailants as being armed with axes, knives and possibly guns.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will ‘respond harshly,’ calling the rampage a “cruel murder of Jews who came to pray and were killed by despicable murderers.”
Secretary of State John Kerry also condemned the violence, and demanded Palestinian leaders to halt incitement.
The attack was the deadliest in Jerusalem in years and is bound to ratchet up fears of sustained violence in the city, already on edge amid soaring tensions over a contested holy site.
Israeli police described the assault as a terrorist attack and said the two assailants were apparently Palestinians from east Jerusalem. Hamas, the militant Palestinian group that runs the Gaza Strip, praised the Jerusalem attack but stopped short of claiming responsibility.
Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said six people were also wounded in the attack, including two police officers. He said police were searching the area for other suspects.
Wounded worshippers from the synagogue were seen being assisted by paramedics and a bloodied butcher’s knife lay near the scene of the attack.
“I tried to escape. The man with the knife approached me. There was a chair and table between us … my prayer shawl got caught. I left it there and escaped,” Yossi, who was praying at the synagogue at the time of the attack, told Israeli Channel 2 TV. He declined to give his last name.
Police spokeswoman Lubi Samri said the attackers were Palestinians from east Jerusalem, which has been the scene of relentless clashes between Israeli police and Palestinian protesters in recent months.
The attack comes amid spiking tensions in Jerusalem, which has seen a spate of attacks by Palestinians against Israelis. At least six people have been killed in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Tel Aviv in recent weeks, prior to Tuesday’s casualties.
Jerusalem residents have already been fearful of what appeared to be lone wolf attacks using cars or knives against pedestrians. But Tuesday’s early morning attack on a synagogue harkens back to the gruesome attacks during the Palestinian uprising of the last decade.
Tensions appeared to have been somewhat defused last week following a meeting by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Jordan’s King Abdullah II in Jordan. The meeting was an attempt to restore calm after months of violent confrontations surrounding a sacred shrine holy to both Jews and Muslims.
Israel and the Palestinians said then they would take steps to reduce tensions that might lead to an escalation.
In a statement, Hamas praised the synagogue attack, saying it was a “response to continued Israeli crimes, the killing, desecrating al-Aqsa (mosque),” a reference to a recent incident at the holy site.
Former US soldier and aide worker Peter Kassig has been beheaded by ISIS. The US government confirmed his killing in a statement today after reviewing a video ISIS released that purported to show the beheading. The 26 year old Indianapolis man was captured in eastern Syria on Oct. 1, 2013, while delivering relief supplies for the aid group he founded.
A former Christian radio host who pleaded guilty to raping an 11-year-old Michigan boy was sentenced to at least 25 years in prison Monday.
John Balyo, former host of WCSG Radio in Grand Rapids, Mich., faces between 25 and 50 years in prison on one count of first-degree criminal sexual assault.
“I am feeling very deep and constant remorse for my actions,” Balyo said in court, according to the Battle Creek Enquirer. “And I want the family to know I am very sorry and wish I could do something to correct what has been done.”
Balyo, 35, was arrested in June at a Christian music festival and pleaded guilty in September, telling authorities he paid Ronald Lee Moser, 42, to arrange for him to have sex with a child.
Balyo said an 11-year-old boy performed oral sex on him in a motel room, with Moser in the room, in May. The boy turned 12 shortly after the incident, according to the Battle Creek paper.
Calhoun County Circuit Court Judge Conrad Sindt mandated Balyo register for the sex offenders list and wear an electronic monitor if he ever gets out of prison.
Balyo could face at least 15 more years in prison in another case, in which he pleaded guilty in July to photographing sex acts with a 12-year-old boy he paid to have sex. He will be sentenced on federal charges of sexual exploitation of a child and possession of child pornography in December.
His concurrent sentences might appeal to the child’s mother, who told Balyo in court, “you should sit and rot in jail the rest of your miserable life.”
“No child should be scared of people or of life itself,” she read in a statement.
Moser, who allegedly set up the motel room assault, pleaded guilty in federal court to possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child. He could face up to 40 years in prison at his sentencing on Friday.
Balyo’s employer of eight years, WCSG, terminated his employment after his arrest in June.
Three convicted felons were arrested in connection with a string of violent rape attacks in South Florida, including a gunpoint robbery and sexual assault of a woman they lured to a vacant home early Friday by texting her, police said.
Miramar police charged locals Britton Blackwood, 19, Frankie Lee Gatlin Jr., 20, and Kinshon Johnekins, 19, with sexual battery, armed robbery and assault on Saturday after surveillance video and DNA evidence tied them to at least four rapes, The Sun-Sentinel reported.
The men are being held without bail at Broward Main Jail.
“Basically, they robbed, raped and terrorized women,” Miramar police spokesperson Tania Rues told WSVN, who said that investigators believe there are other victims who have yet to come forward.
The latest attack took place in a residential neighborhood at 1 a.m. Friday after the women exchanged texts and agreed to meet at a vacant home. Police said two women were attacked and one was raped. One victim recognized the assailant “from the club scene.”
In another incident, a woman who left Club 7 in Miramar on Oct. 26 was threatened while sitting in her car at a nearby KFC. The attackers showed off weapons, then raped and threatened to kill her if she told anyone, police allege.
Two Port Charlotte, Fla., women who met the men online drove to the Fort Lauderdale area on Sept. 24, where they were held at gunpoint and raped, police said.
“Both women were held at gunpoint,” Rues told CBS Miami. “Both women were raped by both of these individuals. Their personal belongings were also stolen.”
It’s a rap sheet Miramar police believe will continue to grow as more victims report incidents.
West coast rapper Big Paybacc was shot and killed inside a southern California McDonald’s Thursday in a brazen, broad daylight attack.
“It was definitely intentional. This person walked in looking for this guy, walked up behind him, fired multiple shots and walked out,” Lt. John Corina with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department told the Daily News Friday.
“He never saw it coming,” Corina said of the victim, whose formal identification was pending confirmation by the county coroner.
Paybacc – identified as the victim by his girlfriend at the scene – was eating lunch when the gunman targeted him shortly before 12:30 p.m.
“There were about 15 to 20 patrons and employees, so it was pretty brazen to walk in like that. Obviously the shooter wanted him dead for whatever reason,” Corina said.
He said investigators are reviewing security footage from more than 20 cameras at the McDonald’s and the next-door Chevron gas station in Palmdale, about 50 miles northeast of central Los Angeles.
“I think the video is really good, so we’ll probably get some good photos of his face and clothing,” Corina said.
He said the suspect is an African American male last seen wearing a grey hoodie and blue pants.
The suspect climbed into a dark car driven by someone else as he fled the scene, police said.
Paybacc, whose real name is Habib Ameer Zekajj, was a self-proclaimed member of the Whitsett Avenue Gangsters, a Crip-affiliated gang in the San Fernando Valley.
His girlfriend said the mountainous MC had just left her house to go to the fast food restaurant Thursday.
“For them to be that bold, to run into a McDonald’s in daylight, in front of people, kids you know, and take some kind of vengeance toward somebody, it’s inhumane,” girlfriend Jessica Jefferson told CBS2.
She said Zekajj has three kids and was making plans to move in with her.
“Everybody loves him, and he’s a good rapper,” she said. “He has so many followers and people who stand by him. He really is a good, solid person.”
Zekajj, 38, was known for his videos posted on YouTube, including one for his 2011 song “Gangsta Luv,” which had more than 250,000 views as of Friday.
In a now eerie video for “Movin n Groovin Gmix” posted online in May, Zekajj rapped about “haters” hoping for his “demise.”
